Post Calling

  • The Supervisor is required to approve all calls completed before they are ready for fulfilment which acts as a quality control mechanism.
  • If desired, the fulfilment documents (envelopes, donation forms, no contact letters, etc) can be produced in batches during the shift which significantly reduces the time needed the next day to prepare the follow-up packs.
  • Comprehensive statistics will allow you to compare the performance of callers, segments, age ranges, etc and one campaign to another.
