You are in control of uploading data whenever you wish, whether long before the calling starts or a top-up extra batch uploaded mid-campaign.  Smarteezie includes tools to help you prepare your data for calling, assigning ask amounts and segments if not already created before the import.  You can easily import a refreshed data file of new addresses or phone numbers if more up-to-date information is available, any time you wish.  Smarteezie will create pre-call letters (by post or email) and keep the text of these communications attached to each constituent to make it easy to send a fresh copy if requested in the call.
