You can setup email templates which the callers access from buttons on the call screen, which they can customise if needed and send instantly after the call (or you can set them to be reviewed by a supervisor before they are sent). These can be set up with hyperlinks, and with files attached if required, and may have a template applied to them such that they arrive with your own institution’s banner graphic or signature graphics as required.
