Smarteezie will automatically track which constituents have committed to sending in a gift after their call.  Once you have uploaded into Smarteezie all the gifts received by post or online, Smarteezie allows you to identify those who should receive pledge-chasing followups a few weeks later, and will manage the process to generate emails or letters and schedule specific pledge-chasing calls which are recorded separately from your main calling so that you can distinguish between gifts received from the initial call and gifts which took a bit more prompting.
